This one-day training workshop provides an update on employment law focusing on recent and forthcoming developments in UK employment law, European law, and the recent decisions of courts and tribunals who interpret employment law.

Because the programme aims to provide an update on the most recent developments, the content will vary each time the programme is run. The programme will be practical and participative and there will be plenty of time and opportunity for questions and answers.
