This programme is designed for people who wish to follow careers in the ever expanding digital content, computing and design industries. This is an intellectually exciting course that will develop both your technical skills and your creative talents and offer you the chance to specialise in those aspects of computing, media and game design that especially interest you. The course explores the principles and practice of programming, networking and multimedia design and implementation. Building on the technologies that lie beneath the surface of all digital content, students on this course are able to develop their technical expertise by working on a range of practical projects. Students on this course have access to a range of professional-grade, high-definition video equipment and facilities including 3D design software, video editing and audio editing/mixing.
Duration
The HND is a two year (full time) qualification, you may then have the option to transfer your credits to Anglia Ruskin University to complete your degree.

How will you be assessed
Assessment is via examination, essays and reports, log books, presentations, posters, oral assessments and work produced in response to practical classes and demonstrations. Many modules also include formative assessment (assessment which is not marked to allow students to practice assessment technique).
