Students have successfully gained employment in banks, the media, legal practices, accountancy firms, health and local authority and many other private and public organisations.

Modules

Association of Medical Secretaries, Practice Managers, Administrators and Receptionists (AMSPAR), Medical Terminology Certificate, AMSPAR Intermediate Diploma in Medical Reception, NVQ Business and Administration Levels 1 or 2, English and Welsh keyboarding, text and word processing (basic, intermediate and advanced stages) or Prosesau Geiriau (Safon 1, 2 a 3), audio transcription (basic, intermediate and advanced) and/or Clywgopio (Safon 1, 2 a 3), medical and legal word processing, as well as medical and legal audio transcription, business presentations using PowerPoint, mailmerge, document presentation, shorthand, CLAIT or ECDL, EDI Certificate in Administration (Level 2), employment and interview skills and Association of Accounting Technician (AAT) at foundation level.

Method of Assessment

Students will be assessed via external examinations, assignments and/or a portfolio of work depending on the modules they have chosen to study.
