About this course
Personal Development Course aimed at increase your level of self-awareness and interpersonal difficulties and dilemmas via the drama-therapeutic
This two days workshop will offer an opportunity to increase self-awareness and self-development via the relational work with the horses and with the other group members.
Utilizing play, story making, visualizations and games participants will be able to unfold their own journey of self-empowerment.
As horses can mirror back to us what is hidden or unknown, and with their ever present, non-judgmental and honest ways, they indeed can offer us an opportunity to embrace our own true potential.
Groups too can give us that gift, especially if based on supportive, respectful and non-judgmental relationships.
Dramatherapy can then connect us to our feelings without the barriers of cognitive sabotage.
Together we will be able to create metaphorical journeys of infinite possibilities and reconnections to our own true and honest feelings and ways of being.
During the days we will pay particular attention to the self, the self in the world, boundaries, trust, assertion, communication and presence.
This course is open to anyone willing to increase own self-awareness and awareness of self in relation to others.
