· Manage yourself You will also complete another 5 units from Optional units relating to restaurant supervision. These are:
· Supervise a function
· Maintain food service
· Maintain the drinks service
· Contribute to promoting hospitality services and products
· Control practices for handling payments
Progression
On completion of this programme, you may wish to progress on to Higher education or into employment in hotels or restaurants at a supervisory level or on to a NVQ 4 in Management.
