Course review:

Providing a robust foundation in business and management, the Hotel, Travel, Leisure and Tourism Certificate will enable students with an understanding of social, cultural, economic and political factors, which strongly influence and challenge the hospitality landscape.

Divided into four modules, participants will be equipped with a thorough range of knowledge and skills to aid their development in operations, marketing and sales, real estate, financing, events, public relations, the use and manipulation of technology and human resource strategies, all based within a global context.

Students may complete an optional 3-month internship upon successful completion of the certificate.
