The ILM Level 5 S/NVQ in Management has been specially designed for middle managers with responsibility for substantial programmes and resources. It develops skills in strategic planning, strategic change and business process design alongside core leadership and management abilities such as inspiring colleagues and delivering results. Learners take four mandatory units, two units build strategic planning and change knowledge skills, the third unit examines development and evaluation, the fourth unit develops core skills.
