Why study International Tourism Management?

Globalisation has resulted in an increasing need for managers who adopt an international perspective on business, particularly within the tourism sector. This degree will provide you with opportunities to develop a range of managerial skills of particular relevance to the international tourism industry.

Methods of assessment are varied and will include essays, learning journals, reports, posters and oral presentations.

What sorts of jobs do our graduates get?

Graduates will be equipped for a variety of management careers. Employment opportunities include: general management, transport, hospitality, attractions, tour operators and tourism agencies. Other foreign language based opportunities exist for those choosing language modules.
