Intrapreneur Ecosystems
-
I had seen people from Eskil speaking at different events about intrapreneurship and wanted to go to one of their workshops. I attended two of their workshops and, as I am responsible for building the framework for intrapreneurs in our business, this was the more relevant one. It is very clever how Eskil introduce the principles of the framework and support you in building your own. We had been quoted over €40,000 to develop our framework and we paid less than €4,000 to do the same thing with Eskil. This is great value for money and should be well attended by all.

I had tried to book a ticket for the full 3 days of the Eskil workshop on intrapreneurship but could not attend the first day. Eskil have broken down their full workshop into 3 separate days and so I attended the 2nd day. This is a very clever workshop that introduces you to a framework for developing your corporate entrepreneurs, taking into account executive, HR, IT, Finance and more. The whole day was focused on you building your own ecosystem and so the outcome can be easily measured. I would strongly advise people to attend. Delivered in both Arabic and English.

Do you know what Intrapreneur Ecosystems are? They can mark the difference between failure and success. So if your planning starting a business this will help you achieve your goals!
It's part of the current zeitgeist for companies of all ages and sizes to refer to themselves as innovative and entrepreneurial - even when this is patently not the case. In fact, research suggests that the failure rate of intrapreneur projects is between 70-90%.
Why do such companies as Apple, Facebook, Barclays and Google reap the rewards from their intrapreneur programs whilst others wither and die? Fundamentally, they have powerful intrapreneur ecosystems.

About this course
Map your current ecosystem; set out an action plan for the Target Operating Model; build your idea management engine; and
identify your current and future Corporate Catalysts
Our workshops are based around confidentiality: senior people need a safe 'sandboxed' environment to explore their thinking and so we must create the right space for this to happen.
Based on this, our program is only open to such people as:
- CEOs / Managing Directors interested in growing their strategic capability.
- Members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) needing to bolster their strategic strengths.
- Members of the Senior Management Team identified for progression into the SLT.
If you are unsure about the suitability of this workshop for you, contact our Concierge Team and they can talk it through with you.
An output of this short course is a development plan supported by peer discussions and reflective thinking. In addition, you will spend time 1:1 with one of our leadership experts. Our Internal Verification team will review your output prior to sending you your Certification of Completion. All of this can be attached to your CV / HR Record as a demonstration of competence.
Facilitated by former CEOs and leadership experts, our multi-lingual programs are held in high-quality venues using serious games, extensive individual and group exercises, contemporary case studies and more. Our ROI-focused sessions are limited to a maximum of 16 people at a time but our model has been designed for us to deliver 1:1 in certain circumstances. During the course of this program, you will undertake many practical exercises, working with Eskil’s proprietary Intrapreneur Ecosystem Model as well as psychology profiling.
You will be contacted by a member of our Concierge Team to discuss your motivation for attending the short course and to determine what objectives you are looking for our facilitators to realise for you during the course of the sessions.
