An Introduction to Leadership & Management

If you’re new to a management or a leadership role- or aspiring to this role,
then this course will give you the essential knowledge you require to manage,
lead and develop a team in a positive and motivational manner.

We create a safe environment in which to explore and practice the skills required to rise to
the challenge of people management. We explore your natural management and leadership style, focus on those strengths and how they can contribute towards your team’s success. We also ‘tease out’ those potential blind spots or development areas and coach around strategies for success. We blend management and leadership theory with pragmatic exercises and frameworks to give you a practical structure and a vital tool kit.
