Introduction to the Media

A stimulating one-day programme designed to introduce the media and the basic concepts of news and PR and give practice in being interviewed by local and regional newspapers and local radio. Better relations with and coverage in the media, leading to a better public profile for the organisation. Participants undergo realistic newspaper and radio interviews, and get constructive feedback in a supportive group environment. There are also teaching sessions on how the media operate and the basics of news and public relations.
