History
Tony has been running media training workshops since 1984, and has also been a journalist for much of that time. He has worked in local and regional newspapers, as a teacher of English as a foreign language, a BBC World Service sub-editor (writer), and as a reporter and producer for BBC TV and BBC Radio in London and Manchester.He has also worked for national public relations and corporate video production companies, winning three national and international production awards - USA: Association for Multimedia International Annual Video Awards for Best Script and Best Production, for 'Net Gain' for Electrosonic; UK: British Medical Association Annual Video Awards, Silver Award for 'Emergency in the Surgery' for the British Postgraduate Medical Federation. His documentary 'One Square Mile' was shown at the New York Gypsy Film Festival.
