This is an open workshop: people from all levels in an organisation can attend. Not only will it build your personal and professional psychology but we recognise that this is a fantastic workshop for job seekers who wanted something extra on their CV.
Completion of an Emotional Intelligence assessment prior to the workshop.
After your exercise journal has been assessed by our Verification Team, we will award you a Certificate of Completion that can be attached to your CV and HR Record. You will be able to refer colleagues or potential employers to Eskil for verification of your understanding.
Facilitated by former CEOs, Directors and Leadership experts, all of our workshops are outcome / output-driven and include. Whilst we tend to deliver our workshops in English, many of our facilitators are multilingual (including French, German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, and Mandarin). Our workshops use psychology assessments and Leadership games as well as mentoring. Importantly, our Verification Team will review your exercise journal before awarding you a Certificate of Completion. This Certificate can be attached to your HR Record as well as your CV - and you will be able to refer colleagues or potential employers to us for verification of your understanding.

As a Facilitator with Eskil, Christine’s work focuses on leadership development, leader psychology, team cohesiveness, executive stress, and corporate strategy.
David Hitchen
Facilitator
Highly respected in the field of Learning and Development, David has been headhunted for the London Olympic Games 2012 and by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to work on large scale projects. He has worked within the learning and development environment for over 15 years and have been responsible for the research, design, delivery and evaluation of training. With extensive experience in leadership and governance, David has worked with Saudi Government. Middle East Oil and Gas Companies, Major banks and Government agencies in the UK, and Government agencies in Nigeria & Ghana.

Having worked with Eskil since 2011, Elias has been a Director of Eskil Executive Learning & Development since 2012. MBA-educated and fluent in Arabic, English and French, Elias leads on the delivery of our Leadership short courses as well as many of our Corporate Effectiveness short courses (including performance, communications, conflict and change).
Jan Emerton
Facilitator
A Lead Facilitator with Eskil, Jan specialises in the design and delivery of high impact leadership and senior team development programmes, with a particular focus on cross-cultural leadership and change management. She has worked extensively in Europe , Africa, Asia, India and the Americas. She has experience of such business issues as cultural change, executive development, senior team development, change management, leadership competencies, performance management, and coaching. Jan speaks fluent French and operational Swedish and Spanish.
Marie-Agnes Delvaux

Marie-Agnes Delvaux, is a consultant, coach and facilitator with Eskil with over 25 years’ solid ‘hands-on’ experience in the business world. She has extensive grounding in working locally and internationally as well as in multi-cultural environments. She has set up ambitious projects in France, Spain, Italy and US. As she identifies with the American approach to behavioral change, she has followed a coaching program given by Jack Canfield. Fluent in English, French, Spanish
