Course programme
This course (also known as basic food hygiene) is generally recognised as the minimum training requirement for food handlers. Delegates are provided with basic food hygiene knowledge, allowing them to make, sell and serve safe food.
We are an Approved HABC TRaining Centre, registered to deliver training and examinations that lead to recognised food safety qualifications. Our courses incorporate a good mix of visual aids and practical activities and are delivered by approved, experienced tutors that have a background in both enforcement and catering.
