Life Coaching Level 3
-
I enrolled on this course online, found the process easy and I liked the fact that I could pay in installments. I have studied online before and want to say that I found my experience way better with Oxbridge than with the previous one I did with a different college. Thank you.

As a life coach, you would aim to support your clients to help them take control of their situation in areas such as relationships, careers, fitness, work-life balance and self-confidence. Life coaching is not regulated in the UK, so anyone can work as a life coach if they feel they have the right skills and qualities. However, clients tend to favour coaches who have qualifications.
Your clients could range from individuals to an entire business. You could offer either a general service or a specialism such as executive, career change, or youth coaching. Some people don't like to see a regular therapist, some people don't like admitting that they have a problem. Seeking a life coach doesn't seem to carry the same negative connotations and doesn't seem to have the same stigma.
You may sometimes need to turn down a client and recommend another professional such as a qualified counsellor or a financial adviser. It is important to be ethical and acknowledge when someone else might be more qualified to help your client. During this course you will study a foundation of relevant models and skills that will equip you to engage in purposeful coaching and mentoring conversations and relationship building.
