Many thanks to my Assessor who was brilliant and really motivated me. Would recommend SDL & him to anyone who wants to have fun while learning and producing the evidence that enabled me to get my NVQ. My manager is also very pleased and is very grateful for SDL's work. I am progressing to Marketing level 2 to increase my skills or level 3 in Business Administration and am looking forward to it. Have a go as its worth it!

Put five staff members through on this course and found it excellent grounding and also consolidated the basic training we had provided as a company & SDL developed them further. Working with SDL we have been able to develop a new staff structure and also training at the levels required - very grateful as this has developed the business as well as the initial training we requested - excellent value for money. Even persuaded me to undertake a Level 4 at the same time to understand the process as well as develop myself Will definitely work again with this company and they will be our first port of call for more than just qualifications.

I feel that this NVQ has gone extremely well and I would recommend doing this NVQ to anyone looking to develop themselves. I am now looking to carry on my learning through a Customer Services NVQ2.

My greatest experience in business administration management, it's not easy to deal with business in the world as a whole, to start a business you most be administrative wise and have the knowledge to manage people. The business administration is good, if everyone is good in administration he/she will be a good manager.

No usual provider spiel & cancelled visits etc. - felt very assured that I was being supported and looked after at all times and received a positive service and not just treated as an 'earner'! Can only find praise with SDL as they produced exactly what they offered and certainly 'went the extra mile'. In all dealings it was smooth & professional and you instantly feel confident in working with them as they are very open and certainly passionate about learning.

Set at correct level and also the amount of optional units was good - no problems in finding suitable ones that were maeningful. Enabled applied knowledge & skills to be demonstrated and accredited. SDL provided excellent service and and all documentation etc. Allowed two senior administrators to gain a qualification and prove what they do for the company and show that 'Admin drives the business'.
SDL staff are efficient and know their job well. Always arrived to appointments and were clear in their intent from day one. Work based learning enables you to provide all types of evidence and not all has to go in the portfolio - references to areas of storage and also photos were taken too! Costs are very reasonable when you actually consider the registartion fees and then the specialised attention you get and regular visits etc.← | →

I recently took the Pearson BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration with Academy for Traning. The tutor was clear and had a huge amount of patients. The course was well taught and easy to understand. There were no boring bits, the flow from topic to topic was good, the coverage was good. I would like to congratulate the tutor, he was really helpful and made sure everyone was up to speed and that noone got left behind. Once again thank you very much!
