Comments:
Excellent tutors, made course fun and enjoyable while still maintaining discipline. I felt all was taught well. Excellent introduction to managing aggression and violence, and to improving personal safety. Trainers were very good I particularly liked the way they had researched our client group and work. Probably the best training I have ever been on, informative, useful, practical and relevant. Variety of teaching techniques kept the attention of the group for the full two days. Thought it covered every aspect of what could happen, how to react, how to manage personal safety.
