History
Ian McClure is the Client Relationship Manager at Just ONE, as well as the lead instructor for the company in teaching conflict management skills. His previous work experiences include over 15 years managing residential childcare, 10 of which were spent in secure local authority care. For 13 of these years he held managerial responsibilitiy. From 2002 Ian has provided a variety of training courses in conflict management to Housing Associations, Children Homes, Youth Services, E to E providers, Support Staff, even Fire Service staff. More recently Ian has became a Qualified Level 3 Advanced Practitioner in Physical Restraint Practice and has enjoyed the positive experiences of training with The National Federation for Personal Safety. He is also a holder of the only Coaching Qualification in Europe of Physical Restraint Practice.
