The day starts with a quick review on basic theory and massage guidelines and continues with a full day of practical massage training, perfecting essential techniques used to carry out a confident full body massage routine
This course includes: Brief theory and massage guidelines Preparation of working area Massage mediums Massage Techniques Full body massage routine Aftercare advice There will be a process of ongoing assessment throughout the day in order to enable the tutor to determine if you have displayed the skills and knowledge required to perform the massage
No case studies are required afterwards
