What will you study on the Diploma in Medical Interpreting?

The Diploma in Medical Interpreting consists of two modules:

DPSI: Foundations (15 Credits)

This module is designed for those who are new to the discipline of interpreting and translation. It is a Spring term module and runs from January to June each year.

DPSI: Medical specialisation (30 credits)

This module builds on the learning developed in the Foundation module and teaches you the skills you need to work as a medical interpreter. This module runs from October to April/May.
