Course Content

you must achieve 6 units - 5 Mandatory and 3 Option Units.

Mandatory : Develop and implement operational plans for your area of responsibility; Encourage innovatiion in your area of responsibility; Develop productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders; Ensure health and safety requirements are met in your area of responsibility; Manage business processes.

There is a comprehensive range of option units including: Managing your own resources and professional development; provide leadership in your area of responsibility; Lead change; Plan and implement change; Allocate and monitor the progress and quality of work in your area of responsibility; Manage a project; Work with others to improve customer service.

Method of Assessment

All assessment takes place in the workplace. Assessment methods include observatjion of the candidate carrying out their role; witness testimony; physical evidence from the workplace; knowledge and understanding.

You will be allocated an assessor who will judge the evidence of your performance, knowledge and understanding against the units of competence in order to determine whether you have demonstrated competence at this level.
