The International Executive Master in Project Management is a 12-month, part-time programme emphasising integrated and inter-functional managerial skills for project management roles. The programme includes two full in-person weeks for interactive training in team building, stress, and motivation management, and personal resilience. The curriculum covers five educational areas: - General Management: Topics include Organization Design, Finance, Accounting, Performance Management, Business Process Management, and Change. - Core Skills: Focused on Project Planning, Risk Analysis, Programme/Portfolio Management, Project Procurement, Stakeholder Management, and Feasibility Analysis. - Soft Skills: Enhancing Teams and Leadership, Negotiation, Intercultural Project Management, and Smart Communication. - Skill Boost: Sessions with top managers, PM and Sustainability, Outdoor Activities, and IPMA Certification. - Electives: Customisable modules like managing EPC and large Projects, virtual team management, Agile Project Management, and PM for Designing Innovative Concepts, activated based on participant interest.
