What I would highlight: The instructer was good and made the course interesting.
What could be improved: I'm still struggling to get my exam. I did my training over a week ago in Loughbourough but as it is a long way to travel i was told i could do my exam in either Leeds or Sheffield. I have phoned everyday for a place and time to do my exam and am still no wiser to when or where i'm doing it.

Course programme

It is apparent that many employees face the risk of physical violence during their work and it is necessary for them to have additional training to those techniques taught in the Communication & Conflict Management course.

These techniques have been proven in the hospital (NHS), retail, special event and transport industries and as each sector and role dictates individuals' requirements, the course can be specifically tailored. All techniques are non-aggresive and effective, defensible in court and not based upon pain compliance.They can be learned irrespective of physical strength, size or gender.
