Plant & Machinery Operations NVQ level 2

Course review:

Signup & introductory day usually followed by 2 days where the assessor comes to the workplace to assess the candidates use of the machine & their health & safety knowledge.

This needs to be carried out on real sites and within a 10 week period.

Any of the cpcs categories can be covered, maximum 2 categories per nvq - extras can be added at a later date.

The assessor will assist in compiling a portfolio of evidence and help with the written and verbal questions as required. Photographs will be required of the operator using the machinery along with a selection of written statements and copies of working documents such as "risk assessments" and machinery maintenance records.
