Found working with SDL very easy - my Assessor & IQA very pleasant, knowledgeable & professional throughout. The qualification has enabled me to develop a deeper understanding and also demonstrate my advice, training & management skills. Encouraged to research & report on my findings - found the feedback & assessment given for each task very useful indeed and always felt supported & confident. Undertook several units that have enabled me to demonstrate CPD - I hold teh old version and this new one has some excellent opportunities at the right level for me to add to my cv & cpd log. Found the guys friendly & professional and also clever at understanding how business processes work and being able to direct me from this analysis. Looking at next course already.

As the Director I was encouraged to undertake a qualification as part of the service SDL provide. My staff undertook L2s and I was persuaded to undertake the Level 4 - what a worthwhile expereince this has been! Very interested in seeing how the process works first-hand and also has enabled me to develop a new structure to the business with qualifications targetting specific levels/duties. Extremely pleased with the support and business-sense that SDL provided and will certainly continue to do so as they have completely changed my mind about training providers and the qualifications offered - their knowledge and also impartiality creates and supports this throughout and a pleasure doing business with them. No politics, funding issues, eligibility or rhetoric.

Cannot speak highly enough of them and was very pleased to meet them and work with them. Decided to extend to the Diploma and have found the experience very fulfilling & has given me a lift.
