Course programme

Course Structure

The course consists of two days of classroom based training using a combination of instructor-led teaching and practical exercises.

On the last day, you will take a 1-hour exam to confirm your Scrum knowledge

Course Objectives

This course will enable delegates to:

  • Understand the Scrum Framework
  • Get to grips with how a product can be developed using Scrum
  • Recognise the different styles needed for successful Scrum developments

  • Get to grips with the Scrum Ceremonies
  • Understand Scrum Artefacts
  • Create and build on knowledge in a number of areas including advanced Scrum, scaling Scrum, agile development and testing practices used within Scrum
