SIA Security Guarding

There is currently a huge vacancy rate in the security industry. This included Security Guards and CCTV Operators.

If you would like a career in the security industry (SIA) with the opportunity to earn £7-£20 per hour you must first complete the Security Guarding and/or CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) training course.


Security Guarding £125

SIA Security Guarding Licence allows you to work in the security industry as the following:

• Retail Security
• Store Detective
• Security Guard
• Security Officer
• Static Security Officer
• Response Team
• Corporate Security Officer
• Key Holder
• Loss Prevention Officer
• Relief Officer
• Concierge
• Security Supervisor
• Security Manager
• Dog Handler

To get the SIA qualification for Security Guard, you will need to attend a 3 part training course and take and pass 3 exams. The course is delivered over 3 days. The total training time will always be 28 hours, which includes two hours of exams. The course can be delivered at our state of the art training facilities or we can provide training at a venue of your choice.

All successful attendees will be awarded a Edexcel BTEC Level 2 certificate in Security Guarding recognized by the Security Industry Authority (SIA).


Course starts: Every Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday or Saturday/Sunday & Saturday/Sunday

Course Duration: 3 Days or 4 Days

Fees are all inclusive of 3/4 days training, course exams, BTEC level 2 certificates, help with your SIA application and also helping you find work once you have your license..


CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) £159.00

To get the SIA qualification for CCTV Operators you will need to attend a 3 part training course and take and pass two exams. The course is delivered over 3 days. The total training time will always be 28 hours, which includes two hours of exams. The course will be delivered at our state of the art training facilities. Handouts will be provided. There is a formal test for this course in a multiple choice question exam.

All successful attendees will be awarded the EDEXCEL Level 2 BTEC Award in CCTV certificate which is recognized by the Security Industry Authority (SIA).


Course start: Every 2 Weeks

Fees are all inclusive of 3 days training, course exams, BTEC level 2 certificates, help with your SIA application and also helping you find work once you have your license..
