When to stretch dynamically, statically and developmentally will be covered, alongside a plethora of ideas for stretching clients with various levels of flexibility and mobility
By the end of the workshop you will be able to: Understand when to advise dynamic, static and developmental stretches
Advise correct timings and repetitions for stretching
Apply assisted, passive and active stretching techniques
Broaden your knowledge of applicable stretches
Adapt advice based on individual’s mobility
