Course programme

Tibetan head massage has been performed for over 6000 years in Tibet, India and China, and arrived in the western world in recent times. Tibetan head massage is not another version of Indian Head Massage; it is a completely unique therapy, which draws on the ancient wisdom and philosophies of Ayurveda. The therapy is performed with the client fully clothed in a reclining or lying position. This includes massage of the scalp, face, neck, throat, and shoulders, and aims to restore harmony and balance to your mind and body.
