Train the Trainer

Understanding how to prepare and deliver training will enable you to create effective training programmes within your workplace. You will gain the confidence to engage with your audience and understand how people learn so that not only will your students enjoy your course but they will go away with the knowledge they need.

You will also provide opportunities to assess the learning outcomes against your organisation’s needs by developing a short training session utilising the skills learnt.
