Working Effectively as an HLTA

This course is suitable for higher-level teaching assistants looking to build on their existing skills and maximise their effectiveness in the classroom. The key roles of the HLTA and common aspects of classroom management are the focus of the course and there will also be time to explore your areas of particular interest or difficulty.
