If you want to go into Apprenticeship, KBM’s Traineeship routes are ideal way to assist you to be ready for work. The Traineeship is a Pre-Apprenticeship training programme that prepares 16-18 year olds for the world of work.
KBM have developed bespoke programmes for Traineeships 16-18 and Classroom programmes for Accounting and Business Administration Sectors to support employers to recruit and fill identified skills gaps in their workforce. We prepare young people with relevant employability skills as well as Accounting and Business Administration Sectors skills. Other features include:
Work preparation training, developing a personal statement and job searching
English and maths support (unless the young person has already achieved a GCSE A* - C in those subjects or a functional skills qualification at level 2)
A quality work experience placement with an employer, last from six weeks to five months.
