KBM have developed bespoke programmes for Traineeships 19-24 and Classroom programmes for the unemployed aged 19 for Accounting and Business Administration Sectors to support employers to recruit and fill identified skills gaps in their workforce. We prepare young people with relevant employability skills as well as Accounting and Business Administration Sectors skills. Other features include:
Work preparation training, developing a personal statement and job searching
English and maths support (unless the young person has already achieved a GCSE A* - C in those subjects or a functional skills qualification at level 2)
A quality work experience placement with an employer, last from six weeks to five months.

About this course
If you are aged between 19-24 and not sure which path to take, then you must consider Traineeship at KBM where you can learn new skills and get training that will improve your future prospects.
You will get high quality work experience in range of potential careers such as accountancy, finance, ICT and business administration. KBM programmes including training in employment skills including; creating your CV, seeking employment opportunities and interview skills.
Unemployed / Age within 19-24 years, have not yet achieved a level 2
Have not yet achieved a full level 3 qualification or above.
(equivalent to 2 passes at A-Level)
Young people upto age of 25 with learning difficulties in academic assessments can also complete this Traineeship

- Traineeships are stepping stone for young people before being employed in a permanent role or before starting an Apprenticeship. They help young people to get ready for the work.
- Traineeships are flexible way of working with employers, adding to the content of Traineeships to meet the needs of the individual and the sector.
- At completion, the young person will be guaranteed a job interview if a role becomes available or an exit interview together with meaningful written feedback to help them secure an apprenticeship or employment with another employer.
- Traineeships are an ideal opportunity for young people, aged 19 to 24, who are motivated to get a job but lack the skills and experience that employers are looking for.
- Those who have been unsuccessful when applying for an apprenticeship or other job due to a lack of skills and experience are most likely be good candidates for a traineeship.
