It is perfect for an artist or designer who wants to get back into painting, designing and making again! You receive professioanl advice on how to progress as an artist or designer and have lots of fun doing it!

An ideal way to start working towards the preparation of your art and design portfolio or kick-start that career change you've always wanted.

The 1 week course will help you decide which area of art and design to choose for your future Foundation or UCAS applications.

Some tutees follow up their 1 week personal development with 1:1 tutorials to extend and explore skills and techniquees further.

These skills will then be applied to a Fine Art, Fashion and Textile Design, Photography, Graphic Design and 3D/Architecture Design project.


Portfolio Course Timetable:

Monday - Thursday 10am - 4 pm:

10am - 1pm Tuition

1pm - 2pm: Lunch; we have a lovely kitchen where students can socialise and get to know one another

2pm - 4pm: Free studio space


Additional information

Students will be introduced to a whole range of drawing and painting akills, alongside a range of materials, processes and techniques. This course is ideal for both beginners and the more advanced client. 

The London Art Portfolio Preparation Courses are a fantastic way to meet new people in the creative arts.  Students will also extend their knowledge in Critical and Contextual Studies learning more about historical and contemporary artists and designers.

We also go on location to London's Historic Museums and Contemporary Galleries.
