It is about measuring the performance of organisations and communicating that information to people who want or need to know (stakeholders - people who have some interest or share in the organisation). If you are good at Maths, are interested in accountancy as a career and would like to develop your communication skills then this course will suit you.

A2 Level Accounting

What will I be doing?
unit 3: further aspects of financial accounting
unit 4: further aspects of management accounting
How will I be assessed?
There are two exams in total. These are taken at the end of the second year. The exams for the two A2 units last for two hours each.
Where do I go from here?
It is possible to study Accounting at degree level, but there are also many other courses that cover all aspects of business.
An Accounting qualification will help with any course which has financial content.
