This is an intensive, fun and holistic course where you will learn techniques to assess, clear and revitalise the abdomen. This often neglected area can hold extremes of both emotional and physical tension which, if left unchecked, eventually lead to disease. Emotional tensions held here can restrict blood to the vital organs of the abdominal cavity and contribute to marked postural disturbances and eventaully disease processes which then become compounded over time.
This course offers hands-on skills to therapists, whatever their experience or modality to assist their clients to release abdominal tension and discomfort thus allowing their organs and digestive systems to work more effectively.
