Reviews
Course programme
Course review:
This is a 'train the trainer' course in which delegates learn how to instruct their colleagues in the safe use of abrasive wheels. The course helps delegates learn how to set training objectives, plan for training and decide what training aids to use. The course offers real value for money as delegates leave able to disseminate abrasive wheel training to colleagues within their workplace.
This course is held at our specialist skills centre, which contains fixed-pedastal grinders and hand-held grinders. It is also available to be delivered in-company.
Course content:
- Legal aspects of Abrasive Wheels Regulations relating to training requirements
- Elements of training related to abrasive wheels
- Design, implementation and evaluation of training sessions
The course will test the delegates' theoretical and practical knowledge of the syllabus. All delegates who successfully complete the course in full will be awarded the RoSPA certificate of training.
