To offer practical steps to reduce workplace accidents and encourage workers to adopt a culture that results in a safer workplace. The aim of the training is to enable delegates to work safely, to provide an understanding of current legislation and promote awareness of the dangers and hazards. The course will enable staff to ensure that safety issues are managed efficiently, protecting themselves and the workforce, other people and the general environment. Suitable for: All employees, who, as part of their working duties use abrasive wheels as defined in PUWER Regulations 1998 'all people who are involved in the process of assessing the risks in their working environment'.
