Content

In the morning sessions, you use a specialist academic coursebook with extensive skills practice and relevant language input. In the afternoon session, you focus on the other aspects of academic study which are characteristic of British universities. At the end of the course, you will have covered the areas which international students often struggle with and will be familiar with the types of coursework and assignments you will be given at university.

Progress

You are given a number of assessed tasks, both written and oral. Some of these are done alone and others as part of a team. You have regular progress reports and interviews.

23.5 classroom hours per week (1 hour = 60 minutes)
No lessons on Friday afternoons.
