The aim of the ACCA F4 Corporate and Business Law is to develop knowledge and skills in the understanding of the general legal framework, and of specific legal areas relating to business, recognising the need to seek further specialist legal advice where necessary.




Who is this course for?

This is the next level of progression for those that have completed the AAT level 4 and are looking to achieve chartered status.

    managed, administered and regulated

  • Recognise the legal implications relating to

    companies in difficulty or in crisis

  • Demonstrate an understanding of governance

    and ethical issues relating to business.


Entry Requirements

Aimed at students who have completed their AAT level 4 with work experience in an industry environment. A membership of ACCA and copy of certificates will be required.
