This course is ideal for people with considerable experience or a leadership role in youth work, who might be involved in decision making and have responsibility for achieving specific results.

What will I study?
You will study 8 units; 4 mandatory and 4 optional.

The mandatory units are:

Enabling young people to explore and develop their values and self respect
Enabling young people to work effectively in groups
Enabling young people to use their learning to enhance their future development
Managing your work and creating effective working relationships

What can I do after this course?
On successful completion of this course you could progress onto Higher Education courses like a Foundation Degree, Diploma in Higher Education, or an Honours Degree in Youth and Community work.
