What will you be learning?
This course is designed specifically for mature students who are looking for a career in nursing or midwifery but who have been out of education for many years.

The course aims to provide you with the skills required to succeed in higher education and is structured to fit into adults' lifestyles. You will study two main options -biology and social sciences- as well as I.T., time management, research, presentations, etc. You will be expected to undertake at least 10 hours of home study each week. Assessment is by coursework and presentations.
