Course Aims: To provide delegates with a clear understanding of the responsibilities and liabilities of employers and
employees with regard to the investigation and reporting of accidents in the workplace.

Objectives:
On successful completion of the course the delegates will:
· Understand the Accident Investigation process.
· Be able to conduct an Accident Investigation.
· Be able to demonstrate an understanding of reporting accidents.

Delegates:
Persons who are required to carry out an Accident Investigation and the reporting process.

Award:
A certificate will be awarded to each delegate on successful completion of the course
