Advantages of studying here

At Active English Academy, we believe in the Manchester Business School's "Learning By Doing" approach to teaching. This means that we use a practical and active method to teach Business English. Therefore, students make presentations, negotiations, work in groups and practise various communication skills in order to mirror the outside world and the workplace. Students also go on company visits in order to experience the British business world for themselves. Active English Academy also believe that fewer students equals faster improvement as the teacher has more time to spend addressing individual students' needs and the students have more opportunity to practise their English skills. We are based in the centre of Manchester giving our students the opportunity to explore the North West of England and be part of Manchester's thriving business community.
