Aim:
This course will introduce you to move you to the next level of editing and manipulation in Photoshop. You will understand how to perform tasks such as extraction, image adjustment and correction.

Length of Study:
12 weeks with tutor support.

Entry Requirements:
This course is most suitable for candidates who:
1) Have some knowledge in editing and manipulating their photographic images.

2) Have some experience of working with computers and digital cameras/scanners.

Contents:
Colour Calibration, The Extraction Tool, Image Restoration, Correcting Poor Exposure, Using Quick Mask, Montaging, Output Options, Borders, Masks etc.

Study Method:
Home-based self-study with a tutor to contact for help and support. Available on-line only.

Assessment:
Computer based assessment.
