Mick is a 2nd Dan in Shotokan Karate, Freestyle karate, Cane Do, Five Circles Street Defence System and is a 1st Dan in Batto-Jutsu, Cane Defence. is also a sports first aider, national Martial Arts Judge and referee, Instructor in CRT ( conflict resilosion technques ) the inventor of Karatercise a new consept in fitness to music, a Health n Fitness with the Walking Stick level 3 instructor the highest you can get.

Course programme

Adult only karate class teaching Freestyle karate plus Weapons, taking you through everything from 10th kyu White belt to Dan Grades Black belts
