Further study You can progress to the Foundation Degree in Engineering at Derby College in association with Sheffield Hallam University (two or three years study depending on the study programme). Successful completion of the Foundation Degree leads to a final year of study at Derby College and the full BEng (Hons) accreditation. The pathway provides access to becoming an accredited Chartered Engineer. Careers You could consider a Higher Apprenticeship or numerous career paths within the engineering sector.
