The Advanced Diploma in Creative and Media is one of the exciting
courses that are changing the face of secondary and further education. This course will enable you to develop a broad understanding of the creative industries. The course develops your
skills in a variety of techniques and processes within art, design, media, music and performing arts.

The topics you will have the opportunity to study include:

· Advertising
· Costume

The course will develop your personal learning, thinking skills and ability to work as part of a team. In addition to this the course will also encourage analytical, creative, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. During the course you will have the opportunity to achieve additional qualifications called Functional Skills in English, Maths and IT.

How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed continuously during the course through a range of assignments, investigations and practical assessments. You will undertake work experience and complete a work-related project.
