I heard about Istituto Galilei in my school language in Istanbul. It turned out to be a great experience as I could fully customise my lessons and the teacher would adapt herself to me. sometimes we even had our lessons in a cafeteria or in a library. I wished I had stayed more than 3 weeks.

Three years ago I combined Italian language with art history. This time I went for an Italian language and and a cooking course combination!
Florence is the perfect scenario to learn Italian. This during the morning I attended individual lessons and during the afternoon I ventured into chef Lino's kitchen, who runs a restaurant near the Duomo.

After visiting other schools in the area and doing plenty of research online, I signed up for 3 months at SLDV in Rome, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I learned so much on my first two weeks, that it made me super confident and excited to keep challenging myself to learn more, so I signed up for 3 months more. Their teachers and teaching method works for me, and their books are filled with stories, history and fun facts about Rome and Italy, so its 2 for one, a language/culture class in every chapter. GREAT JOB SLDV ROMA!!!! Recommend it 1000% LOVE THE PROGRAM.

It's almost three weeks since I was home after my stay in Trieste (until October 3). I wanted to tell you everything was great! I was lucky with the accommodation Marina had chosen for me: the room and the family were really nice. I liked the city of Trieste and its surroundings, because the activities offered by teachers in the afternoon were very interesting. It was a pleasure to study with dynamic teachers who know how to renew their lessons and show great commitment to work. Please say thanks to Marina, Sandro, Paola, Lucia, Elisa and Matteo. I spent two enjoyable stays at the Siena school both of which were fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. All students have the opportunity for full immersion on the history and modern day life of a beautiful city.

There is no other Italian language school in Italy where students are able to travel around to Florence, Milan, Rome and Siena continuing with their Italian lessons. I love this program and highly recommend it: Italian Tour with Scuola Leonardo da Vinci.

It was a very nice experience for me! We were a very lucky class for having Stefania, such a wonderful teacher. Is thanks to her if now I can actually speak Italian!
