Those who complete the Advanced Level 3 can progress onto a Higher Level 4 Apprenticeship.
It will also give them the skills to progress within a work career.
There are no formal entry requirements but the candidates must be in a suitable job role and have sufficient capability at the right level to undertake the learning and assessment, and the ability to demonstrate work practice. If an apprentice does not hold an equivalent level 2 in functional skills, they will be required to undertake an intense maths or English course at the start of the programme.
We want you to achieve to the very best of your ability at CRC. To make this happen we offer both learning and personal support by specialist staff tailored to meet your specific needs.
Learners will be assessed in the workplace using a variety of methods including observation, questioning, professional discussions, witness testimonials and candidate work products and statements.
